Hello, I am a bit in two minds about Paolo Caliari, called Veronese. Sometimes he impresses me, while often, he seems mostly decorative like the later rococo artists. This is fine, of course, but I like it better when I feel that there is a little something extra behind it all. Often, but not always, I get the feeling that he simply tried to impress with his painterly skill. He did achieve something impressive though: according to some, Veronese was the first to realize how color temperature could be used to model form (I think Delacroix was the first to point this out). True or not, he certainly was a very competent colorist. I also like the way he sometimes renders facial expressions and interpersonal communication in large crowded compositions. What do you think? Is he among your favorites, or more so-so? Please help. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. References: www.wetcanvsgas.comCloud backup solution marketingThanks
